Dr. Sawhney, I could not agree more with your comments; dry eye and the ocular surface are “hot again” with so many pharma. advances the last one year (Miebo, Xdemvy, Vevye, and an oral OTC Blink NutriTears) in addition to some great legacy products too (Cequa, Eysuvis and Xiidra). A paradigm shift is also being seen via interventional means—Lacrifill does just that via lacrimal occlusion in an efficient manner while also being a covered service under insurance.
