Hiring Signs & Posts: You see Hiring signs and post, but are the companies really hiring? If they are hiring, they do not want to pay. I have notice that you have these big companies, and they pay their management high dollars, but they do not realize that if you do not have employees. Then who does the work, THE EMPLOYEES! Invest in your employees!! Companies do not know what is really going on, because higher management do not talk to their employees when they do their visits. Also, higher management do not just show up and do surprise visit. I have worked for a lot of big companies, and I have seen some things and I see why a lot of people are starting their own business. Employees are being mistreated, disrespected, under paid and a lot of favoritism.
