Flexibility plays a crucial role in today’s workplace. In fact, global figures show that 66% of employees believe flexibility is essential. In Singapore, this sentiment is shared by an overwhelming majority (85%) of employees. However, there’s a gap between what Singaporean employers believe they offer regarding flexibility and what employees experience.
