Celebrating a Year of Giving Back: Puffin Style! As we reflect on this past year, let's celebrate the heartwarming moments where we joined hands to make a difference. Our 'Good Together' journey was not just about fun, but also about giving back and spreading warmth, literally and figuratively! 🚲 We rolled up our sleeves for the COTA trail maintenance day, proving that a little dirt under our nails only adds to our charm. Together, we helped keep our trails beautiful and safe for everyone. 🧥 Our tiny Puffin coats did more than keep beverages chill; they warmed hearts. Thanks to you, we supplied over 2,000 human-sized coats to those in need with our partner One Warm Coat. Talk about a small coat making a big impact! 🏔️ We crafted a custom product for Big City Mountaineers blending our love for adventure with a cause that matters. Every Puffin sold helped support outdoor experiences for under-resourced youth. Adventure with a purpose? Yes, please! 🫡 Donating our Army Puffins to the Red Cross was our way of saluting those who tirelessly help others. It was a small gesture for a mighty cause, showing that even the smallest Puffin can make a big difference.

World Braille Day is observed on January 4th each year to raise awareness about the importance of Braille as a means of communication for visually impaired individuals. The day commemorates the birthday of Louis Braille, the inventor of Braille. His invention of the Braille system, which uses a series of raised dots to represent letters and numbers, has been a transformative tool for the visually impaired community, enabling them to read and write independently. World Braille Day aims to highlight the significance of Braille in promoting equal access to information, education, and opportunities for those with visual impairments. It is an occasion to recognize the achievements of visually impaired individuals, promote Braille literacy, and advocate for the integration of Braille into various aspects of life, including education, employment, and technology. Unfortunately, many establishments, such as restaurants, banks, and hospitals, don’t offer braille versions of their print materials like menus, statements, and bills. Because of this, people with visual impairments often don’t have the freedom to choose a meal on their own or keep their finances private. You can observe this day by: 👉🏽 Supporting Braille Publications: Consider purchasing Braille books, magazines or newspapers to support the production of Braille materials. 👉🏽 Donate to Braille Charities: Contribute to organizations that focus on Braille literacy and accessibility. 👉🏽 Raise Awareness: Spread awareness about the importance of Braille and the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals. Major gift expert and keynote speaker. Helping fundraisers and nonprofit leaders transform their fundraising so they can transform the world.
re: A small glimpse of our work from the frontlines of philanthropy For the last quarter-century, we've been right there with you, working on the frontlines of philanthropy. It's been an incredible journey, and it's shown us something truly remarkable: when philanthropy and brand unite, magic happens. When tearing down those old barriers and joining forces, the results are nothing short of spectacular. We have experienced firsthand this formidable partnership creating massive waves of fundraising and awareness that have propelled missions forward. These mission-moving results would not be possible without program participants and their families who courageously shared their stories and generously granted permission to us to share them. Some of the visuals and messaging in our body of work may evoke strong emotional reactions or discomfort for some viewers. If you feel that you might be affected by such content, we recommend proceeding with caution or choosing to view our work at a time when you feel more prepared. 👉 Take a look at a tiny cross-section of our work: https://bit.ly/3Ymt9KE
