With my clients, I focus on balancing blood sugars by pairing carbs with protein and fats, eating frequently, managing stress, and more. Insulin can be a tool, but it's not your only tool. @nuutri_divine24 [ Clinical dietitian & nutritionist] #GestationalDiabetes#diabetes#diet#dtpoojaparikh#nuutridivine24#nutrition#healthyfood#healthtips#healthydiet#healthyeating#dietfood#healthyrecipe#healthtips#trend#trending#reels#explore#like#explorepage #reelsindia#diabetes#GestationalDiabetes

Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance found in your blood. Your body needs cholesterol to build healthy cells, but high levels of cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease. To reduce cholesterol levels, you can: 1. Eat a healthy diet low in saturated and trans fats, and high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. 2. Exercise regularly, aiming for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. 3. Maintain a healthy weight. 4. Quit smoking if you smoke. 5. Limit alcohol consumption. 6. If necessary, your doctor may prescribe medication to help lower cholesterol levels. @nuutri_divine24 [ Clinical dietitian & nutritionist ] #diet#greenveggie#dtpoojaparikh#nuutridivine24#nutrition#healthyfood#nutrition#healthtips##healthydiet#healthyeating#healthyrecipes#weightloss#dietfood#HealthyChoices#immunitybooster #kidshealth#healthykidsfoo #immunityboost#healthyrecipe #naturalremedy #healthtips #diettips #digestivehealth#basilseeds #guthealth#digestivewellness #antiinflammatory#CholesterolManagement #cholesterol#homebasedietplans #hearthealth#liverhealthtips#fattyliverproblem
