In my involvement with the Ballard Center for Social Impact at Brigham Young University, I recently had the opportunity to write an issue brief on "Neglect of Residential Glass Recycling by Recyclers and Consumers in the United States". It examines the context, contributing factors, and consequences of neglect of glass recycling and identifies some best practices for increasing glass recycling rates in the United States.
