NADA 2025 was a win for Spiffy. 1. The best part of the whole chaos for me was the incredible grit, persistence and mission focus that the Spiffy team displayed....one person drove 8 hours from Dallas to get there, two people flew from California to Houston to drive to New Orleans because that was the best they could do, others rebooked, ran and otherwise hustled to get there.....we had a VP of marketing have to "step down" and jump-start the van (welcome to ops Brian), "hey, where it the battery on this thing?" So many little stories of teamwork and mission focus.... 2. Further, the weather-induced chaos meant that only clients with serious needs made the trip. Our conversations were with highly qualified clients with real problems we could solve. 3. Lastly, we had some great partner conversations because their booths were not filled with unqualified clients. They had more time for what would normally be something we do on zoom after the show. In person is so much better. Lemonade out of lemons, NADA 2025. A win for everyone!
