Klaviyo Tip7: Using email web view to improve customer experience. A lot of marketers think their emails are gonna be perfectly rendered in all circumstances. But it's rarely the case. Emails gets clipped for one reason or other. That is a bad customer experience but you can give them a option to see the full email even if its clipped. At the very top of the email add a Web view Link which basically allows users to click on it and see a dedicated web rendered view of the email. Most customers will not use it as their emails are fine inside the inbox but if it gets clipped then that feature is really handy. Simply use {% web_view %} and that will render out as "View In Browser" hyperlinked text. If you wanna use a image then use {% web_view_link %} to hyperlink that. Most marketers add this in the bottom of the email but that's totally wrong. If email is clipped then in 99% of the cases footer will not render. So recommended is to add it as a small text on the very top of the email. Small things goes a long way and I think its one of them. That's it for today. See you tomorrow.
