As the principle goes: “If two shall agree as touching anything, it shall be done.” When people speak the same language, align their plans, and act together, nothing they plan to do will be impossible. Even God acknowledged this principle in Genesis 11, saying: "If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them." Notice the three conditions for success: 1. Speak the same language – Alignment in vision and communication. 2. They plan – Intentionality and strategy. 3. They act – Consistent execution. Whenever I’ve worked with others under these three conditions, it has always worked. This principle is so powerful that it transcends contexts.
