🔗 Great start to the week yesterday visiting Geoff Molyneux at Shout Connect. Excited to see where our networking takes us. What is Liquid chromatography? 👩🔬 A technique used to separate, identify, and quantify components in a mixture. It involves passing a liquid sample through a column packed with a solid adsorbent material. Different components in the sample interact differently with the adsorbent and elute at different times, allowing for their separation and analysis. 🥃 Imagine you have a mixture of coloured inks and place a drop at the bottom of a strip of paper, then dip the paper into water. As the water travels up, it carries the inks, which move at different speeds and separate into distinct bands of color, illustrating how liquid chromatography separates components in a mixture. 🔎 Real life applications include Pharmaceuticals, environmental testing, food and beverage testing, clinical diagnostics, forensics, chemical research. I am enthralled with watching production machines run. It's "how" my client’s logo or message get on a pill case (in this video) or a cup, or shirt, or inset widget name here... What you don't see is there are at least three custom things that have to be set up specific to each order. Hence the "Set up fee" that orders have; the time that it takes to make sure your logo and/or message is represented well on your swag/merchandise. That is what I do…help get your brand everywhere!
