What does Wellness mean to you? Wellness, like real Wellness, is self love and nourishment, consistent good decisions. It's having the energy, the mental fortitude, the mental clarity, and the zeal and the enthusiasm to live life well and and do things that I find valuable. Respecting myself enough to do the things that I say I'm going to do as well. This is ultimately the pursuit of taking care of myself, taking my vitamins, making sure I move my body, nourishing my friendships, community, securing your base. Working on your mental health, your spiritual health, your physical health. Like nutritionally, every thought that you think, everything that you're exposed to. And also being open to the adventure. Treating yourself with the love and respect that each and every one of us deserve. Honestly, it's gratitude, but even more so, I think it's looking for a cause bigger than yourself. You're speaking in charge of your day and not letting situations or you know things happen really run your emotion. That's the Wellness.
