Damage within this Radio-Energie Tachogenerator had caused the motor to seize! Upon inspection, our engineers identified the Non-Drive end bearing had collapsed which had caused damage to the windings. Neutronic supplied and fitted a new Tacho Generator, and made a new extension shaft. Before we tested the encoder, cleaned all parts and finished with the rebuild and repaint of the part. Tachnogenerators are used in industry to measure the speed of the asset to which it is attached to. #RadioEnergie #Tachogenerator #Industrialrepairs #engineering
