" You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future” Steve Jobs As a young girl I used to spend my free time doing three things: reading, exploring and playing, and avidly following radio programmes. My dream was to be a Radio Presenter where I talk to the world. Now looking back, when I connect the dots, all these skills combined to develop my passions in life - reading books, researching the most advanced mind blowing knowledge about people, and training on that. I am one of the lucky ones whose job is not just a job, but my passion. Everything I read, I incorporate into my training. My curiosity about people led me to understand "Me" better and study coaching. These skill sets helped me become more self-aware and empathetic. I incorporate this in my training , to help employees know themselves better professionally and personally. It's very rewarding to help people learn through my journey . So connecting the dots backwards here I am what started with reading kids magazines and listening to the Radio, now translates to personal curiosity and professional upskilling leading to overall growth.
