Don't miss the upcoming session at the 1EnergyWorld 2024 Global Energy Conference titled "Maximizing Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Utilization for a Global EV Transition." This important discussion, led by Kieran White, Co-Founder & CEO of Curo, is scheduled for today, April 25, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm US ET. Kieran White will explore the critical aspects of deploying and maximizing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure on a global scale. As the adoption of electric vehicles continues to grow, the need for a robust and efficient charging network becomes increasingly vital. This session will address the challenges and solutions related to scaling up infrastructure to meet rising demand, integrating advanced technologies for smarter charging solutions, and ensuring that EV infrastructure can support an equitable and comprehensive transition to electric mobility. Participants will gain insights into the strategic planning and implementation of EV charging stations, how to leverage government and private sector partnerships, and the latest trends in EV technology. This talk is especially relevant for urban planners, sustainability officers, policymakers, and business leaders in the automotive and energy sectors. Join this session to understand the dynamics of building a comprehensive EV charging system that supports the sustainable expansion of electric vehicles globally, facilitating a smoother and more inclusive transition to clean transportation.

Listening to the ABC of V2G (Vehicle to Grid) at Power + Utilities Australia. Great insights from Riccardo Pagliarella, PhD, Laura Jones, Oliver Hill and Ross De Rango. We need more discussion and less fear from all stakeholders in the ecosystem, policy makers, energy market, charger OEMs, car manufacturers, EV fleet managers and EV drivers, etc. That's not a small challenge!

Electric vehicles and the grid can worth together in amazing ways! Yesterday, the cross-DOE initiative EVGrid Assist released “The Future of Vehicle Grid Integration: Harnessing the Flexibility of EV Charging” to guide stakeholder discussions as they advance vehicle grid integration (VGI) solutions that meet the needs of customers and communities. This release illustrates a future where electric vehicles (EVs) are safely and securely connected to, reliably served by, and harmonized with the electric grid. The document offers a goal to work towards for stakeholders as they develop products, identify opportunities for standardization, and design new policies, rates, and services in pursuit of this vision.
