It's a complete paradigm shift from the past HR practices, which often overlooked the employee perspective. And it's not just in theory; we're seeing practical applications too. Companies are now introducing roles like Head of Employee Experience or Head of Remote, especially in fully remote organizations. These roles are fundamentally different from traditional HR roles as they focus on putting themselves in the shoes of an employee, rather than viewing things from a purely HR-centric perspective.
