In #Community, there’s value in auditing your community program regularly. Why? Because we might have started something with a great reason, but the priorities shifted. A pilot program took off and won the resource allocation prioritization lottery. And, many more… However, are these spaces and programs still today and beneficial for your organization and members too? Who knows, but I’d say a few things: — Make sure to review and close conversational spaces and/or programs when they don’t support the goal of your #Community or add value to its members. — Not every sub-group of members needs their own conversational space. Honestly, they rarely do. ➡️ Each sub-group within your Community takes conversations away from the main, public ones. — Upon review, can the program be elevated to support a higher goal or something more timely now vs being stuck on the way it was designed and done ever since then. #CommunityManager #CommunityManagement
