How I approach employee retention differently than most: 👇🏼 1) I believe keeping your best people is about proactively protecting them more than it is about convincing them to stay. 2) Pay dramatically more than competitors, or do something they aren’t willing to do. 3) Measure employee workload in order to limit burnout, because unsustainable workload levels drive people away.
