We are baffled... It still amazes us, week after week, how many private healthcare providers in the UK DON'T have a booking system. Not even a simple one. Not even Calendly!!! We're astounded. Do clinics really still expect patients to call for an appointment? Or fill in those silly contact forms to request a callback? Are we still in the 1990s? Clinics need to wake up and smell the coffee! Patients are simply too busy to call!!! (And they're definitely too busy to fill in those contact forms) There is a huge shift in digital innovation in healthcare, and clinics need to keep up.
