By having a well-defined purpose for the utilisation of data in your Twin System, it can result in significant positive outcomes for both society and the economy. This fundamental notion stems from the core Gemini principles, which underscore the importance of taking into account data's societal benefits when constructing a digital twin. Prioritising the ethical handling of data from the outset is essential to ensure that it ultimately contributes to the common good. Mark Enzer highlights the critical role of data in advancing the collective welfare through the lens of Twin Systems.

Careers After Babies Founder, Author & Accreditor | Speaker & Panellist | Transformation Expert | NED, Chair & Advisor | Passionate Diversity Advocate
My life used to revolve around business cases. Anyone wanting to get anything signed off had to have a business case. Want to use a new supplier? Do a business case. Want to hire someone new? Do a business case. Want to fix that system thing that everyone spends ages working around? Do a business case. I may have been out of the corporate world as an employee for a while but I know things haven't changed on this front. Family networks, HR and People directors and Diversity leads are trying to make their organisations more inclusive but they come up against the same argument - do a business case. But how do you build a business case when you don't have the data? The answer is that you go to an expert who does! And that's what I have in Careers After Babies. We're building the business case for you. We're already seeing that: ⭐ 65% of organisations have changed their approach to flexible working in the last two years ⭐ 25% of organisations are still only offering statutory maternity leave, but the ones offering more than that have much higher parental retention rates ⭐ 50% of organisations only offer statutory paternity leave, and the majority have yet to equalise shared parental leave There will be many more insights as our dataset grows. But we're very early days with our data collection. And we need your help to make it as robust as possible. By sharing 6 minutes of your time we can gather what we need to give you all the compelling stats you need. It will be a business case that no one can argue with. Not even those Boardroom types who don't believe in all this stuff! Complete our (anonymous) employer survey today and be part of the movement that's creating world-class employers of working parents. #workingparents #supportingparents #enhancedmaternity #enhancedpaternity https://lnkd.in/eqgA72cm
