Today we ran a live demo for a customer of Sitetracker Release 52 which has a completely rebuilt architecture of the Project Schedule. As part of the demo, we created a dummy Project Template including just key milestones. In doing this, it really struck me how less is more. We have grown so accustomed to tracking every minute detail of a process but sometimes, there is definitely efficiency in just tracking the absolute essentials to filter out the noise and to focus on what is really important.
