The most common problems I saw as a district manager and regional director were a workstation being down, a printer not working, or a digital display being off... Tickets don't get submitted, or worse, they get submitted all at once and the problems mount! At Ashley's in my first 3 months, I had to drive around and collect 35... yes, 35 tablets and drop them off with IT to get fixed... On Black Friday at the busiest location in the company, Elliott Campos called me and told me they were down to 1 printer; the store had people in it until Midnight printing receipts!
