Today we celebrate our exceptional "co-founders" — QuadMed team members who achieved the significant milestone of 10 years of service with our organization in 2024. This recognition is part of a meaningful tradition rooted in Quad Founders’ Day, a day that embodies our history, values, and commitment to success. Quad Founders’ Day began in 1981, Quad’s 10-year anniversary, when Harry V. Quadracci, founder of Quad and QuadMed, chose January 10 — his birthday — as the date to honor the people who made the company’s success possible. Referring to them as “co-founders,” Harry emphasized his belief that companies are refounded every day by the dedication and efforts of their people. This tradition continues at QuadMed as we celebrate individuals who have spent a decade advancing our mission to deliver a better health care experience for America’s workers and their families.
