Yesterday, we had an incredibly productive day at our London office, welcoming Erez Buganim CEO at SYNEL MLL PayWay Ltd and the EMEA leadership team for a series of insightful discussions and strategy sessions.
The day was packed with meaningful conversations about our year-to-date performance and the exciting plans we have in place to close out 2024 with strong momentum. Looking ahead to 2025, the entire team left energised and focused on how we’re going to kick off the new year with impactful initiatives that drive continued success.
We also took the opportunity to reflect on the strength of our global organisation and explore how we can further leverage the incredible knowledge and capabilities that exist in each region. These cross-regional collaborations are key to our long-term strategy, and yesterday’s discussions reinforced how we can make the most of our global expertise.
In addition, we reviewed the significant changes we’ve made to our sales and marketing strategies over the past 18 months - strategies that have fuelled remarkable growth. Seeing the results of these efforts and how they’ve set the stage for future success made for an exciting and fulfilling day.
We’re ready to build on this momentum and take Synel to even greater heights!

That is the number one rule in sales...believe in what you sell.
It needs to excite you.
You should be able to talk about it nonstop, and so should your sales team.
