Ever wonder if the universe is just one giant quantum computer? Imagine if qubits—the fundamental units of a quantum computer—could represent the vibrational states of strings in string theory. Since everything in the universe has a wave function, in theory, a sufficiently powerful quantum computer could simulate the entire universe by encoding its quantum states and interactions! Is reality just a massive computation, where the fabric of existence is made up of quantum information? Are we living in a simulation run on some cosmic quantum computer? 🤔 Quantum physics is stranger than fiction—and it just might hold the key to unlocking the mysteries of our universe. #QuantumComputing #StringTheory #SimulationHypothesis

Improving government service delivery. Senior Engineer, Experience designer. Scent designer + researcher. Learning: Biochemistry. LA: 🌳🚃🐝🌼☀️ (Opinions are my own)
"By “squeezing” uncertainty into properties they aren’t measuring, however, physicists can gain precision in the property they want to measure." "Quantum squeezing has also improved precision in timekeeping. " Bookmarking because, at a metaphorical level: I feel like I do this when modeling data that is in people's heads to build a visual of a group consensus. Maybe people who are planners have some quantum fuzzy characteristics that help planners to build a plan? Maybe this explains the part that breaks everyone else's brains. I find the fix to be to go through a very procedural mapping process and putting placeholders for unknowns of unknown starts and ends. If you don't do this, you will never find the hidden common sense in shared visions, and if you don't do that, you can't evaluate the idea for problems. I will research quantum squeezing more cause, IMHO, this term has legs! "That’s because in addition to the system’s change over time, there is also inherent uncertainty in the state of the individual atoms. Robinson’s team uses quantum squeezing to more reliably determine their final states by reducing these intrinsic fluctuations. Specifically, they manipulate the uncertainties in the direction of each atom’s spin, a property of many quantum particles that has no classical counterpart. Squeezing improved the clock’s precision by a factor of 1.5. To be sure, gravitational waves and ultra-precise clocks are niche academic applications. But there is interest in adapting the approach to other, potentially more mainstream uses, including quantum computers, navigation, and microscopy."
Fuzziness may rule the quantum realm, but it can be manipulated to our advantage.

This entanglement can open engaging scenarios to understand how the brain manages synchronization, what we are detecting, and how the brain waves. After analyzing the effect of the synchronized discretization of Conway's Game of Life in controlling information entropy, I was looking for something similar.
Scientists have introduced a form of quantum entanglement known as frequency-domain photon number-path entanglement.

Quantum computation in its deepest sense can be viewed as a natural parsing mechanism ubiquitously present in the substance of the Universe. It is instrumental in materializing invisible possibility into visible fact. And so it is rather wonderful that incarnations of it should be funded to the degree that they are being funded... https://lnkd.in/gX2gfJqV
