Data-driven decisions are one of the most popular topics. Companies, especially in the public sector, implement various technologies to help managers and employees make decisions based on data at various levels.   However, according to my two PhD studies (N=1091, N=20), all the magic 🪄happens not with the implementation of technologies but with changes in habits, attitudes, and culture. And usually, the manager is the key person in this.   So, this spring, my PhD results led to three exciting things: 🪄 sharing research results in different organisations where I explain what Data-driven decisions are and what lessons executives learned during DDDM implementation; 🪄 a real case study where we go through the created framework; 🪄the opportunity to talk about how DDDM changes an executive role in scientific conference this fall. I don't usually share certifications, but this one is definitely worth sharing 🚀 I feel a lot more comfortable with data than I felt a few years back.
