They wanted teams to learn from each other, and they wanted the peer feedback data to tell a story about the quality of the shared ideas. The result? We helped them track feedback data around their own goals - data within each specific task, and data over the duration of the project. The data gives each learner - and the organization as a whole - a story about how well their solutions met criteria around "Critical Thinking" and "Creativity".
