🗣️ Calling all CA Restaurant and Foodservice Businesses! MAJOR legal changes are coming to a menu near you, and we are here to help! Under California Senate Bill (SB) 478 and California SB 1524, effective July 1, 2024, all #Foodservice businesses must now disclose all mandatory fees on all materials that show food or beverage prices to ensure customers are fully informed before purchasing. While SB 1524's food service exception is already in effect, merchants must comply with the "clearly and conspicuously displayed" fee disclosure requirement by July 1, 2025.
