Unfortunately, many fall short by only briefly addressing change at the onset and during implementation. Considering the truth in the above, it's crucial to recognize that successful change management involves the active participation of Internal Communications. Some of you have brilliant ideas that bring transformation unthought; however, allow me to ask this question - 𝑑𝑜 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑟 𝑖𝑛 𝑑𝑒𝑝𝑡ℎ ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑡𝑜 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑠𝑒 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑠, 𝑑𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑟, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑖𝑛𝑓𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑦𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑏𝑦 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒? Develop a robust communication strategy, considering frequency, records, and channels. e. Anticipate areas of resistance and plan for effective mitigation. f. Determine the need for training sessions and establish a delivery plan. g. Define the duration of monitoring and evaluation post-deployment.
