Some ways you can support your own Mental Health at Work : 💚Talk about your feelings with a trusted work colleague. 💚Have a routine, plan out your schedule for your day and focus on what can be accomplished in that day. 💚Make changes, ask for changes that can support your work / life in order for you to be able to cope with your tasks. 💚Take time out, some small breaks and fresh air or even finding a spot outside the office that’s close to nature can be helpful. 💚Listen to music as you work, this will boost your mood and relax you, and can help you be calm and productive. 🌎World Mental Health Day 2024🌱 This year’s theme focuses on workplace mental health. It’s a crucial reminder of the importance of prioritising mental health and wellbeing in our work environments. Work can significantly impact our mental health. It can provide a sense of purpose, boost our self-worth, and create opportunities for meaningful connections. However, it can also be a source of stress and anxiety, leading to or worsening mental health challenges. So, I urge you to take a moment for yourself today!
