🚀 Day 2: Setting Up the Server & Defining Core Schemas for Collaborix Today’s progress on Collaborix was all about laying down the groundwork for the core functionality. Here’s what I focused on: Server Setup: Established the server environment using Express.js, ensuring a solid foundation for all backend operations. The server is now up and running, ready to handle requests and serve data. Schema Design: Defined the schemas for the key components that will drive Collaborix: User Schema: Structuring user data to manage roles, authentication, and user-specific actions. Project Schema: Organized data around projects, including details like deadlines, descriptions, and team assignments. Task Schema: Created a detailed schema to track tasks, their statuses, priorities, and deadlines. Task Submission Schema: Designed a specialized schema to handle task submissions by employees, including timestamps, attached files, and review statuses. #mernstack #project #day2
