Most Important Counterintuitive Skill Every Tech Founder Needs to Master! Took me a long time as well! Its "Saying NO" As engineers, we're wired to solve problems but As founders, we need to CHOOSE which problems to solve. At Quest, saying no to "good" ideas has been the toughest for me but very crucial to pursuing great ones. I deeply understood that every "yes" to a feature request is a "no" to something else.
