My top tip if you wanted to see Caleb, business especially in 2024 is a core values at all costs. So having core values at the centre of our business has really helped us to grow and scale with really strong value alignment with our team, with clients and it keeps the soft skills at the center of our business. Because I feel like one of the biggest challenges in 2024 is the fear of being taken over by robots and actually you can't be replaced by a robot unless you act like 1 and so core values and soft skills at the centre of everything. Yeah. So I actually trained as an apprentice. I didn't go to university. And so I had a really, really strong desire to take apprentices on from day one. And I think actually if I did it differently, I might hire fully qualified accountants to start with and then move into apprenticeships afterwards. Our business is still growing in scale and I think apprenticeships bring lots of different things to a practice, but I would have start with fully qualified staff first. So I use Baby Rachel as my like North Star when I'm creating content because I just want to inspire a generation of young girls who love maths into the accounting industry. And so I would encourage them to lean into the bits of your personality that might feel slightly uncomfortable. And so you could end up like me, where you get to be a business Barbie everyday and like turn your love and joy for maths into something wonderful.
