🌟Breaking Ground on the Owens Elevated Storage Tank! 🌟 On May 21st, 2024, Aqua WSC, Quiddity Engineering, and the Owens family honored Fred "Alan" Owens by breaking ground on a new elevated storage tank named in his honor. Alan, a dedicated employee for 18 years, left a lasting legacy after his passing in 2016. Located off Highway 95 in Camp Swift, the tank will be 150 feet tall and hold 1 million gallons of water.
