Thanks for sharing this Justin. Accountability is such an important aspect in life. So many people think that holding people accountable is synonymous with “throwing people under the bus” and therefore neglect to do so. Accountability means holding yourself foremost to a high standard and those around you to those same standards and actions. As leaders if we don’t hold ourselves or those around us accountable we fail our teammates, our organizations and those we promise to serve. Accountability is paramount to any true professional.
