It is best to not make too big of a deal about this visit to your child, to prevent causing any unnecessary fears. Reassure them that the dentist and staff will show and explain everything in detail to them before anything is done, and will answer any and all questions your child may have. Also, refrain from using any words like “shot, needle, or drill” which could trigger scary thoughts. We are experienced in dealing with children with anxiety and can explain things in a positive, kid-friendly manner to avoid any negative feelings about visiting the dentist. Dr. Finney and her staff will demonstrate the most effective methods for brushing and flossing with you and your child. We will discuss all dental findings and explain any recommended treatment that may be needed to keep your child’s teeth as healthy as possible. SUBMIT AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST: https://buff.ly/3fQOeFj
