Seeing young people thrive in an #apprenticeship brings back fond memories of my own career path. Schools often stress the University path to pending leavers and that works for so many careers and people BUT it is NOT the only path. #apprenticeships provide a fantastic platform for young people and my experience is that many that go this route end up ahead of academic competitors due to the life and communication skills they develop through their experience. #nationalapprenticeshipweek
