Just launched! The Diversity Project Europe (DPE) report, produced with PwC, examines DE&I in the European asset management industry. First of Its Kind: Backed by insights from 30 asset managers overseeing €12.4 trillion in assets, this report provides a comprehensive view of DE&I maturity across the sector. Gaps Between Intent and Action: While there is strong strategic intent, the report reveals a significant gap in execution, with only 14% of organizations holding leaders accountable for DE&I goals. Focus on Social Mobility: Relative to gender diversity, social mobility is under-addressed, with few firms collecting data. The industry must broaden its DE&I focus to better support social mobility and other diversity aspects. A Call to Action: The report urges firms to move beyond intent, integrating DE&I deeply into operations and fostering a truly inclusive culture.
