Ordinarily, I would say that rebranding projects are self-gratifying projects driven by esoteric goals around how a company wants to be perceived externally. But that wasn't the case here. First, I want to give a HUGE congrats to Nikki Zangardi, Grace Jennis, and Samantha Campbell for pulling off a big project with a very short timeline (because we're also working on two product launches and prep for #Inbound24)! Why did we do this rebrand when we have so much going on? A few reasons, but chief among them: There was a lot of confusion in our space about where Zaybra stood competitively with respect to Commerce Hub. The short version is that while both products integrate #HubSpot and Stripe, we serve different types of customers. As Zaybra matured over the course of 3 years, it evolved from a "create a subscription in Stripe" app to a #RevOps platform that enabled customers to power more sophisticated operational processes. And more and more of our customers were #SaaS companies that needed automation and more complex pricing models. So, why are we changing the name of our flagship product to saas•hapily? 1. Highlighting product differentiation in the market 2. Clearly stating who our ICP is 3. Alignment with our core brand What do you think?
