Monitor and optimize the performance of open Stack services, including compute, storage, and networking. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to open Stack services, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Good understanding of open Stack components, including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Swift, Keystone, and Glance. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders. Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM or VMware. Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, including shell scripting and package management. Experience with networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing. Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
