#Toolox ist tatsächlich unser wichtigster #Werkstoff für Führungsleisten und andere Präzisionsteile. #Toolox44 vereinigt hohe #Härte sowie #Festigkeit mit einzigartiger Formstabilität. Damit ist er verschleißfest und zäh. Er verzieht sich praktisch nicht, bleibt bei mechanischer Bearbeitung gerade und ermöglicht enge Toleranzen. Vor allem aber ist er nach der ersten Bearbeitung fertig - keine weitere #Wärmebehandlung, keine Nacharbeit. #Toolox33 verwenden wir für Bauteile, die höchste #Zähigkeit und beste Spannungsarmut brauchen, sogar dann, wenn #Vergüten eigentlich nicht nötig wäre. In einigen Fällen ist gleichwohl noch höhere Verschleißfestigkeit nötig, also höhere Härte oder sogar Korrosionsbeständigkeit. Dann bieten sich vor allem zwei Verfahren an: #Nitrieren Das ist einfach, recht preisgünstig und wirklich pfiffig, denn man bekommt auch Korrosionsschutz. Toolox kann man #Gasnitrieren (von klein bis riesig, sehr kostengünstig), #Plasmanitrieren (häufig im Zusammenhang mit einer ebenfalls möglichen #PVD - Beschichtung) oder #Badnitrieren (etwa beim #Schmiedegesenk). #Laserhärten Ein Beispiel findet sich unten bei LaserTool.
