Being without limits all boils down to the choices we make about which voices to listen to! Well said, Jenny! I love these valuable tips on how to shatter invisible ceilings and embrace our true leadership potential! Explore career opportunities with Accenture: https://accntu.re/48Fkftd #IWD2024 #BeWithoutLimits #AccentureCareers [Video description: The video opens with Jenny Bigay, Senior Manager of Accenture Malaysia seated on a stool in front of a large digital screen displaying Accenture’s International Women’s Day background and the tagline "Be Without Limits." In the video, Jenny shares that she believes being limitless means challenging restrictive thoughts. In her 15 years at Accenture, she defied assumptions about leadership and work-life balance. It all comes down to choosing which voices to heed. Here's how Jenny overcomes limiting beliefs: 1. Taking action: Seeking mentors and making time for hobbies. 2. Embracing strengths: As an introverted leader, she influences with purpose and empathy. 3. Adopting a growth mindset: Exploring global opportunities, learning, connecting, adapting. Together, we can shatter self-imposed ceilings and be limitless. Video zooms out with Accenture greater than logo serves as transition to outro. Background photographs correspond to Jenny’s points: 1. Split-screen display: On the left, Jenny with a scarf over her head, sits on top of a hill, enjoying the view of a breathtaking mountain landscape. On the right, Jenny stands confidently with her diverse team, consisting of four men and four women, all smiling and posing together. 2. Jenny, dressed in blue, stands among a group of leaders from her leadership development program. 3. Split-screen display: On the left, Jenny, wearing scuba gear, is seen underwater, enjoying a scuba-diving adventure with a friend. On the right, Jenny, now out of the water, sits on top of a hill, taking in the stunning view of a mountain landscape, her face filled with joy and contentment. 4. Jenny, seen in curly hair and spectacles with clear frame, stands proudly with her colleagues, fellow service delivery leads. 5. Jenny is seen among her current team, the Digital Inside Sales team, after their townhall meeting. They are all smiling and posing together, showcasing their unity and enthusiasm for their work.]

📣 In their first exclusive interview together 🎙️ Accenture chair and CEO 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 and 🎙️ Accenture Song CEO 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗮 spoke with 🎤 Fast Company's Stephanie Mehta on why #creativity is one of Accenture's competitive advantages. ❞ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕒 ‘𝕣𝕚𝕕𝕚𝕔𝕦𝕝𝕠𝕦𝕤’ 𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕕𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕡 𝕚𝕕𝕖𝕒 𝕝𝕖𝕕 𝕥𝕠 𝕒 𝕣𝕖𝕞𝕒𝕣𝕜𝕒𝕓𝕝𝕖 𝕠𝕦𝕥𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕖.❞ "Under Droga’s leadership, Song reported $19 billion in revenue in fiscal 2024, up 35% from Song’s fiscal 2022 revenue of $14 billion." But "Song’s packaging of technology and creative services makes it hard to know exactly how much creativity directly contributes to Accenture’s $64.9 billion in fiscal 2024 revenue. The unit’s $19 billion in annual revenue includes “overlap” across different departments, so revenue from one client engagement might be included in multiple areas." 📺 Link to the interview 👉 https://lnkd.in/daZVvYx8 #accenture #acccenturesong #interview #juliesweet #daviddroga #leadership #creativity

💫 I am excited to announce that we at Accenture now have coaches for cultural change who are promoting international collaboration and helping teams better understand and leverage cultural differences - and that I am one of them! 💫 We support our colleagues and global teams to work better together by - Promoting Cultural Sensitivity: We highlight why people adhere to certain patterns and how to break these behaviors to overcome cultural barriers. - The 5 Dimensions of Cultural Change: We help teams to better understand and navigate cultural differences in the areas of Independence vs. Interdependence, Egalitarianism vs. Hierarchy, Risk vs. Caution, Directness vs. Indirectness, and Task vs. Relationship. This fosters deeper cultural sensitivity and more effective communication. - Practice and Theory: By combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications, we enable participants to immediately apply what they have learned in their daily work, strengthening intercultural collaboration. 💫 Thanks to our coaches for cultural change, our international teams significantly improve their collaboration, minimize cultural misunderstandings, and create a more productive and harmonious work environment. This leads to greater success and sustainable value for colleagues and clients. A big thank you to everyone who has supported this process! Last year, I had the privilege of becoming part of the Accenture Men's ERG Leadership Team, where I contribute to supporting men in their personal and professional growth journeys. My introduction to Men's Work Meetings during my own personal journey revealed to me the immense value of brotherhood, camaraderie, and support that these meetings offer for personal development. Recognizing this value, I initiated recurring Men's Work meetings at Accenture, focusing on crucial topics such as Navigating Fear and Building Resilience, Boundary Setting and Assertiveness, and Exploring the Masks of Good Men. This Wednesday, April 24th @ 12am ET, we will be covering the shadow aspects of the male archetypes outlined in "King, Warrior, Magician, Lover: Rediscovering the Archetypes of the Mature Masculine" by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette. By exploring these shadow traits, we can gain insight into our own psyche and work towards greater personal growth and integration. If you feel called to join this transformative discussion, please reach out to receive the meeting invite. Let's embark on this journey together towards greater self-awareness and fulfillment. #accenture #mensERG #mindset #GrowthMindset #MindsetMatters #UnlockYourPotential

Happy Tuesday everyone! 🌟 (Another beautiful sunrise) As I reflect on the honor of being a part of an incredible organization like Accenture recently named the 7th best place to work, I can't help but feel immensely grateful. It's not just about the recognition but the tangible experience of being in an environment that truly values its people. Throughout my career journey, I've been fortunate to have been associated with two companies that have held and continue to hold positions in the top ten slots for best places to work. This isn't just a matter of luck; it speaks volumes about the commitment of these organizations to fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and inclusivity. Being a people-centric leader, I understand the pivotal role leadership plays in shaping the work environment. It's not just about achieving individual goals but about creating an atmosphere where every team member feels valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute their best. When we prioritize the well-being and professional development of our teams, we not only elevate our immediate work environment but also positively impact the broader ecosystem we operate in. As we celebrate these accolades, let's not forget the collective effort it takes to maintain such high standards. It's a testament to the dedication and hard work of every individual within the organization, from the leadership team to each member of our workforce. Together, we continue to climb higher, driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and making a meaningful difference in the world around us. Here's to the journey ahead, filled with endless possibilities and opportunities for growth. Let's keep striving for excellence, together! #BestPlaceToWork #Leadership #Teamwork #Gratitude #CareerJourney #ProfessionalDevelopment #Accenture
