The Board of Directors of Racing Force S.p.A reviewed and approved the consolidated half-year financial statements as of June 30, 2024. Despite a macroeconomic scenario marked by persistent uncertainty, the Group recorded a 4% growth in core business sales, further strengthening its leadership in motorsport, reporting €8.2 milions Euro EBITDA (21.7% margin) and operating cash flow exceeding €7 milions, with a cash conversion rate of 87%, the highest in the Group’s history. Racing Force Group and Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, signed a Marketing & Development Agreement to launch the revolutionary Skier's Eye technology to provide the unique Point Of View of the alpine ski disciplines. Thanks to the Skier's Eye, TV spectators will be able to enjoy an unprecedented experience, with high resolution images that will show the exact point of view of the skiers during the race. Racing Force Group confirms to have received the first production order of carbon shells for the Next Generation Fixed-Wing Helmet (NGFWH) of LIFT Airborne Technologies, for the United States Air Force. For Racing Force, this is the effective start of sales of equipment destined for the defense sector.
