The #Veganuary challenge began since 2014 by Veganuary and followership for this has only grown since then, especially by the #youngergeneration. echiché has drawn up some suggestions on how you can take on this challenge, you do not have to do all of it. I am an 'everything in moderation kind of gal', so I have chosen 1, 2, 4 & 5, which will you be doing this month? They say taking 21 days to build a habbit is a myth, that it actually takes up to 66 days.
