Interestingly, our Retail Retail Insights & Shopper Sentiment report debunks the widely held belief that Gen Z (born between 1996-2010) are the most frequent online shoppers. Instead, their older counterparts, Millennials (born between 1982-1995), outpace Gen Z in online shopping by almost 50%.
