Some assume social impact is the exclusive domain of "Gen Z" or "younger" generations. False. As Toby Usnik and I recently discussed on the Caring Economy Podcast, social impact isn't exclusive to a single generation, industry, or angle. Everyone has a role to play, and social impact is better when we're all working together—regardless of age, occupation, industry, or focus. Some of the most committed social impact leaders I've encountered are actually seasoned professionals who have spent decades building highly successful careers—some at major law firms, some at massive corporations, and others at small mom-and-pop shops spanning every industry. AND they have a ton to teach and offer each other!
