𝐈𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐟 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭, 𝐢𝐭 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋. It was 35 years ago today. Tiananmen Square. An uprising of the people calling for freedom accountability and democracy. The movement was squashed. An unknown number of protesters killed. Today, here in America, demands for democracy are being subverted by fascism. The merger of state and corporate power is real. We The People must fight to restore democracy. A peaceful revolution. SEVENTY percent of Americans want to see a 3rd party in the debates. The two parties are brazenly showing disdain for the people by doing all thy can to keep the debate to two geriatric members of a duopoly who virtually everyone wishes would go away. Forty-three percent of Americans identify as Independent. Our government is, today, employing Tiananmen Square tactics on a more technological level. Tomorrow it may easily be tanks.
