Making great video content doesn't require a Hollywood budget, but there's one thing that can absolutely ruin things: 😫 Bad audio! Shooting on your phone? No professional lighting? Boring background? If you've got something to say, no one cares! 🤙 ❌ Scratchy, unclear audio? Scroll on! It's well understood that people can tolerate low quality video. But bad audio is really difficult for viewers. The good news? Great audio is way easier (and cheaper) than you think. You know those little square things you see people holding on TikTok? Grab a Rode Wireless Go for a few hundred bucks, or even less if you're brave enough to take on Facebook Marketplace. Yep, that's your new BFF. It's a fantastic mic that won't break the bank, and it captures crystal-clear audio. 🎤 Plus, you probably already have everything else you need: a decent phone, and a window with some natural light. #VideoContent #AudioQuality #ContentCreation #MarketingTips #VideoMarketing #LinkedInTips

Last week I reposted the same content from 5 months earlier 😱 And guess what? Nothing happened. No one cared. Oddly enough, it was one of the better posts for the entire month. The truth is: we're way more worried about "repeating ourselves" than our audience is. Think of your favorite online creators or brands. They all repeat their ideas and songs over and over again. They aren't afraid to replay their best hits. You can too. ♻️ #contentmarketing #contentdistribution #contentrepurposing

If you're on Instagram in 2024: ⭐Be original ⭐Be shareable ⭐Be relatable 🧑🎨Instagram is privileging original content creators over content aggregators – and accounts which re-post other users’ content more than 10x a month will not be recommended by the algorithm 📲Activity has moved from the newsfeed to Stories and DMs and the most important metric on the platform now is shares: “When a piece of content is shared, it’s a high signal indication to the algorithm that your content was so good that it was worth sharing it with somebody else” 🫀Relatable low-fi content is what performs the best: “Think of your video like a Facetime conversation versus a TV broadcast.” via Lia Haberman's ICYMI Substack

One of the worst holes you can fall down with social media is the need to post something in a hurry. If you forget or don't have a plan you can start posting inferior content just to remain consistent. STOP DOING IT! The only way you can make sure you post great content all the time is with planning. We usually plan our content a month in advance but we manage several accounts for other businesses. But you can do it weekly. So the last thing we suggest you do on a Friday is plan what you're going to do on Monday. Even make all of your content on Friday ready to go then you can get on with whatever the week decides to throw your way and not have to think about making content for social media. If this kind of stuff is helpful and you're hungry for more make sure you follow me here and there are a tonne of resources at monokimedia.co.uk WHO ARE WE? #MonokiMedia are a video and film production studio. "Why create secondary channels when YouTube has subtitles and big creators use secondary audio?" We hear this question a lot, and the answer is simple: REACH! By creating secondary channels, your content gets treated like a native in the YouTube world—whether it's in Spanish, German, or any other language you choose. This means your videos are more likely to pop up in recommendations for those audiences, opening the door to whole new markets. And guess what? CPM rates on these channels often end up higher than your original one! Sure, you'll start with zero subscribers again, but don't worry—the growth is way faster when you’ve already got your original channels rocking on social media. Curious to know more? Shoot us a message, and let’s chat about launching your new channels. We’ve got the data and the strategy to help you crush it! — The Locamate Team

Don't Waste Your Time, 7 Faceless YouTube Channel Niches You Should Avoid 1. Comedy and Entertainment Videos Comedy content heavily relies on personality and charisma, which are hard to convey without showing your face. 2. Compilation Videos Most compilation videos don't qualify under YouTube's fair use policy, leading to copyright claims and minimal revenue, even with high views. 3. Travel Content Travel content has shifted towards personalized experiences, making it challenging for faceless channels to thrive. Beautiful destination footage alone no longer cuts it. 4. Kids Content Kids' channels may get tons of views, but they have a low CPM due to strict advertising guidelines under COPPA. This drastically reduces your ad revenue. 5. AI Videos Using Likeness of Someone Else AI-generated content has potential, but using someone else's likeness can lead to monetization issues due to YouTube's guidelines. Stick to original, non-repetitious content, and use royalty-free stock footage and AI voices to avoid problems. See comments for the last 2 niches. Do you want to start a faceless youtube channel?
