February has been a weird and wonderful one for the MagniFind team
It's always easy to post about the nice, shiny statistics and stuff going on to make everything look "sexy" (especially when we are hiring) but the reality is Agency recruitment is a hard graft, relentless & can come with it's lows.
Although we have seen some incredible success we also faced a record high in declined offers. This is from a business perspective and a record high in my career - both revenues & volume within a calendar month.
The positive the tech industry can take from this is that there is more opportunity out there compared to 2023, candidates are receiving multiple offers to make the best career decisions for themselves and their families.
