My key take away after delivering a session on DynamicsMinds event is: A Team is a lot more than the sum of the individuals. DynamicsMinds was fantastic! Great content, an amazing location, excellent networking opportunities, lots of fun, and plenty of learning. Nothing new here. I'm sure I'm just one more person confirming the same. So, what was different this time? The one-to-one feedback received about our session from a Bizz Apps MVP. "Your session was great. I really liked the content. But what really amazed me was the chemistry between you and your colleague Neill Riordan. You have different styles, different backgrounds but such an aligned way of combining these differences and a very solid common vision. I really don't know, but it works so well!" I smiled and thanked him a lot for the feedback. As always, it took me few hours to digest. Later, I shared with Neill Riordan. Is there any more positive feedback possible after co-delivering a session for a very informed and large audience? I am afraid not! We can confirmed: . We often have different views on the same topic. . One of us is more formal, the other more personal. . One of us is a last-minute reactor, the other a planner ahead. . Both of us circle until we are together on the same page. . Each one of us challenges the uncomfortable area of the other. . We share our common vision and live it every day. .
