My reasoning? 👇 -The quality of your talent hire dictates the quality of your talent flow. -The quality of your talent flow dictates the quality of your employees. -The quality of your employees dictates the quality of your company/product. -The quality of your company/product (often) dictates your overall likelihood of success. A biased view perhaps but hard to argue the contrary.
